Meet Ambassador's Travel Agents:

 
Charles Wysor, CTC (Certified Travel Counselor). President of Ambassador Travel, he is the son of Ambassador's founder Rufus Wysor, and joined the agency in 1976. He has earned a Destination Specialist (DS) certification in travel to Europe. Chuck has traveled to France more than 10 times and experienced attractions from Mont St. Michel to Nice, Chamonix to Bordeaux. A very special trip included a self-drive barge rental on the Saone River in Burgundy. 
 

Chuck has traveled extensively in virtually all countries in Western Europe and recently took a Viking River Cruise on the Danube. Other international travel includes Argentina, China and Hong Kong. Robert Thompson, CTC (Certified Travel Counselor). Executive Vice President of Ambassador Travel, has been with the agency since its opening in April of 1972. Bob's expertise is worldwide. He has taken part in many in-depth specialty training programs, including Europe, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, the cruise industry, Austria and Holland among them. Bonnie Johnston Bonnie's love is cruising, and she has earned the Accredited Cruise Counselor designation (ACC). Bonnie has been on more than 50 cruises herself, on a wide variety of cruise lines and ships, as well as varied itineraries, and is most capable in providing personalized information and counseling to her clients. Bonnie recommends a cruise for a fantastic honeymoon.

Leslie Hughan Leslie is our Hawaii expert, having traveled there several times and attended a destination course in the islands. She knows Alaska well and specializes in independent trips to the 49th state. Leslie is also experienced in handling individual and group ski packages, as well as group air travel to any destination. Recently Leslie traveled to Kenya and the Galapagos Islands, and previously to Nepal and Bangkok, Thailand, and has also been to Italy and France. Leslie is a Certified Sandals Specialist and recommends Sandals and other fine resorts for your special honeymoon trip.

Dennis Burnham is Ambassador’s Group Travel Manager. Dennis has a career in travel spanning more than 40 years, managing both corporate meetings as well as leisure group travel. He has specialized for over 30 years in high school music group travel, including a band trip for 450 persons to the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California. 
Dennis’ alter-ego is Patches the Clown. He has performed for 15 years with the well-known Circus City Festival in Peru, Indiana, pursuing a lifelong love of the Big Top.                       

Dennis has traveled twice “around the world” and is presently planning his third such trip featuring the Chinese New Years celebration in Hong Kong, and flying on the new A-380 jumbo jet. He has experienced the best accommodations and transportation services, and has flown the Concorde three times across the Atlantic. One memorable holiday was New Year’s in Red Square, Moscow.

Sharon Waite Sharon joined Ambassador in 2001 and has 25-years of travel agency experience. Her favorite vacation is cruising and she has personally visited many of the Caribbean islands. She recently visited Punta Cana and the Riviera Maya area near Cancun, and has taken several Princess cruises. Other international travel experiences include the Greek Islands, London, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. She has also visited Alaska and the Canadian Rockies.

Mary Ann Sarver Mary Ann coordinates travel for the Der Sitzmark Ski Club. Her trips include skiing and other destinations such as Italy, Aruba and Cancun. Recently she hosted a group tour to Greece.

Lucy Shields Lucy joined Ambassador Travel in 2002 with 25-years of travel agency experience. Her favorite travel options are worldwide honeymoon destinations, Caribbean islands, and cruises. She has most personal experience with luxury travel products such as Crystal Cruises and Tauck Tours.
